I have a user that has four dashboards. She suddenly cannot display her dashboards; she instead gets a blank page. She has made no changes. I am able to display all four of her dashboards. What are some of the reasons why a user would no longer be able to display boards?

Try opening the browser in safe mode, if that helps, then the user has installed some browser applications that break boards.
is the user using Chrome? If so she is probably affected by a known bug
