User has created roadmap but it is not loading Screen is disappearing as soon as he open plan link)

Created roadmap however When i clicked on a feature to expand it to show the Story, Subtask the Roadmap disappears, and it is visible and working fine for other's please guide me

Hi @Nikhita G ,

Welcome to the community!

Maybe you have a filter applied?

When you say Roadmap do you mean the project Timeline or the Timeline view in Plans?  Can you share some screenshots of your problem? It's always good for troubleshooting.

Filters are applied correctly and It is Timeline view in Plans

Please refer the screenshot, Only one user is facing this issue other's can view roadmap view

Oh, It seems like you are on On Premise Jira? The tags say jira-cloud but it looks like an on prem. 

So all other users looking at this Roadmap can see all issues but for for this particular user its not loading and that happens when he tries to expand a hierarchy? Then I would try to look for differences between this user and the rest of the users it works fine for. 

Was he the creator of the Plan? Does he have access to all issues in scope?  What happens if he choose to a different hierarchy? Does it happen in other browsers? 

A plan is also limited to 5000 issues after 5000 issues the performance may go down.  If the scope is large for this plan and the particular user is the only user that have access to the full scope that might be the culprit.

@Lisa Forstberg Yes he is the one who created the roadmap plan, The screen will start loading for a second then whole screen will get blank as attached in the  screenshot
