User is found in Active Directory, but not visible in JIRA.

Hi,

We are having a problem finding an active user in AD in our JIRA. Everyone else we can find and this person is set up just like everyone else on the AD side. Further, I am able to view this person in Confluence. Any ideas?

Hi Kristen,

Have you tried to synchronise the AD directory?

We figured it out. It had to do with groups in AD vs. JIRA.
