User management Issue - We are unable to grant product access to newly created users

1) We have recently created a new Jira account for our organization

2) We have 3 admins who are privileged access to all features in Jira

3) We have created few Jira users

4) We are unable to provide "Jira Software" product access to these new users we have created

5) To a couple of other users that we have created, we are unable to grant product access to additional products

 Need help!! We are stuck and are unable to proceed.

Hi @Roopa Hungund,

It looks like you're using Jira Free, can you check how many users you have already created? You may be facing the 10 users limit.
