Hello,
I have a user that is not receiving email notifications whenever he/she is tagged in the comments section of a ticket. I have checked the user's settings and email notifs are enabled for the user.
Any suggestions?

Is is just the E-Mail that the user should receive when a @-mention happened or are there more use cases where E-Mails are missing?
When you say you checked all settings and in Jira there was no obvious configuration error to be seen - also the mail client's side is worth having a look at. I came across some so strange cases where a mail filter applied or even a spam rule.
