I have already added the user to Jira domain group but he's still appearing as Inactive user in my end. I've already performed synchronization in the LDAP Server.
What do you think the problem?
Did you make sure that group is added to JIRA access in the applications page? Also, if the user is showed inactive it means user was disabled on the ldap end.
