Username for jira account,

Hi

i want to integration servicenow with jira. so i created one jira trail account. usually i login into jira using my e-mail id. But while integrating servicenow with jira it is asking for username for authentication. so pls anyone let me know how can i get the username for integration.

First and foremost, can you please confirm if you are referring to the ServiceNow Connector for Jira Cloud?

Additionally, can you share specifically on which step you are on now where you have to provide username for authentication? Is it requesting for JIRA or ServiceNow authentication?
