There has to be an easy answer to this.
I'm using the free version, have added 4 users via Atlassian admin. Assigned each person to the user group. I have started a corporate type project (I need parallel sprints) and populated it with sprints and issues, but when I try to add the users (via settings, people), I get a message "Where is Everybody?" directing me back to add users as an admin.
Help me know what I'm missing. And please don't tell me I have to upgrade to add users to a project (-;
Wish I had my own answer! I thought I was onto something when I realized that the free version only covers one project. I had set up two for testing purposes. Once I deleted the 2nd project, I thought my problem would be solved. But alas, I have only one project now, and I still am not able to add any people to the project settings-people page.
