Users autocomplete does not show any users

in my instance of JIRA the autocompleate shows no users match unless I type the exact and full user name

Below is the issue filter.

Could you check if the user trying to search for other users have the Browse Users global permissionsmile

You need to check the "global permissions" to make sure your account has the right to "browse users"
