Users can't see issues of another user in "Worked on" dashboard in his profile.

Hi, one user from our instance can't see his issues in "Worked on" dashboard in his profile. Other users can't see these issues too. This user has been assigned to several issues and updated them, but the issues didn't display in his account in "Worked on" dashboard. How I can fix this? Relogin to Jira didn't help.

Is the user able to still access the users directly?

If not, have you implemented Issue Security such that the users don't have permission to see the issues directly?

Are any users able to see any issues in Worked On?

Try browser’s incognito window to exclude problem caused by cookie issue.
