Users get an download fail error when exporting project data from Jira. 

 

Failed - Network Error 

 

Any luck on potentially fixing this? I've tried other browser and still get the same issue. Others on my team are able to export.

Welcome to the community :) 

I understand users are trying to export issues from a project and get the error.

Could you please elaborate on the steps they have taken and or are they following the same steps mentioned in the above article?

Also please check and remove any files in the download folder that contain the name of the extract being performed in Jira.

Also it could be possible if there is a custom field that is not being in all projects issues you are exporting or any firewall in your network.

Currently, we don't have any issues that should restrict this.
