Users not permited to link a Story to an Epic

For an unknown rason, my users are not permited to link a Story to an Epic. I reviewed the permissions and it seams ok. I added all my users to the group "user" and "developpers" but still dosnot work. Any idea?

but its already done... The group User and the group Developers have the permissions to link and to edit an issue ( Story).

Are you able to do this? I would check your permissions sheme. You might need to add the developers group to be able to edit or link issues to be able to do this. I would check there first.
