Do I need to be an Administrator to use this add-on? I had it installed on our Staging environment, but I cannot seem to find it to schedule my Excel extract email...thanks...Bill
Have you also followed the installation guide for Better Excel Automation?
Make sure you review that first!
Also, the app is not available on Jira Cloud yet. Since you mentioned you already installed it, I'm assuming you are on Server/DC not, Cloud, as your question indicates.
If you are on Cloud, please note that Atlassian currently doesn't allow integrations for Automation for Jira Cloud.
So it's not up to us when we can deliver an automation app for cloud, but we track this in a feature request.

If the addon has not been uninstalled you should be able to use it, according to what you say you are not an administrator, so contact him and make sure that he has not uninstalled it or has removed permissions for its use
