Hello,
We are starting to use the new forms in Jira due to the fact that we don't like creating a lot of custom fields.
I have a lot of users to like to use Jira Software to track their tickets, but want customers to be able to put in requests. So I have created both a service Project and Software Project for those users. I then can use Elements copy and sync to connect the projects. When a customer puts a ticket into the Service Project, it copy's the issue to the Software project and sync's comments, specified fields, statuses, etc.
I was wondering if there is a way that I could copy the form from the JSM and put it into the software project. This would help us in keeping Jira custom fields to a minimum.
Thank you,
-Nate Jenks
Hi @Nate Jenks
We've just released the compatibility with Forms, and you can easily add it to the field mapping of your recipe.
Here is what it looks like:

I'm glad you reached us through our Support Portal as well, and I hope you found the answer satisfactory. If you need anything else, we can continue the discussion on your ticket there.
Kind regards,
