Using external import CSV and import is hanging at map values page.

Using external import CSV and import is hanging at map values page.

I am using the external import CSV using a CSV with about 4600 records. When I get to the map values page it just hangs there and either says long script running or not responding. I can use the same configuration file and source file with just one record and it imports fine. Any suggestions on why I am getting stuck? Thanks!

Maybe your instance doesn't have enough ram to handle all the records at once.

That may be the case. I ended up breaking it out into several files and it finally worked. Thanks for the reply!
