Using trail version of JIRA and wants to install the purchased licenses

We are using Trail version of JIRA and now wants to install our purchased version. Can we shift the data to the new, or if we can use the license key in our trail version.

Hi Mohit,

You can do both (shift data / use the license key).

For shifting data to new env, you can use the Backup and Restore options under Administration--> System--> Backup. Note: the new Jira instance has to be of same/newer version of your trail version.

For using the trail env, you just have to replace the purchased license in place of the trail license.

You can change the trial license with the new one. In this case you do not have to do migration.
