Vacation Type details sceen

Hi,

Would like to know if is possible to customize Leave Type Vacation Details screen (see attachment) for example add remarks box for our HR for the CURRENT period to put how many leave were Encash or Forfeited based on HR policy. Or do you have suggestion for this. Thank you.VacationManager_DetailsScreen.JPG
