Hi,

 

I've just recently re-joined a company I worked for years ago. We're in the process of setting up my JIRA account but every time I try to login with my work email XXXX@flagssoftware.com I never receive the verification email.

I've just created this account to post this question and received it instantly. Can you please check if there is a bounce?

Welcome to the Community.

If you've just signed up, check that you've entered your email address correctly. Check your spam/junk folder for an email from noreply+XXXXXXXXX@am.atlassian.com. Try using the Resend signup link or Resend verification link button.


Sometimes email are blocked by the Email provider, when the verification email is bounced by Email provider. This could happen when your email account is still being setup while Atlassian send the verification email. Try to re-verify after 24 hours, it should work. If not, reach out to Atlassian support.

Hi there,

Nothing in the junk/spam folders of my work email. I've used the resend function but still doesn't work.

I've read that some people get a bounce and it's resolved from Atlassians end? How do I contact their support?
