I want to know how to configure the view-issue page which to display, for example, add a field to display in the page.

Hi Karen,

It sounds like you want to define a custom "view" screen and populate the fields in it. The instructions for creating a screen are here:

Once you have created the screen with the right fields - you need to associate it with a screen scheme. On the "Configure Screen Scheme" page you have the oppertunity to associate the screen with an "Issue Operation". In your case you would select "View Issue"
