We have established the initiative hierarchy and have created 'initiative X' that will need work done by teams across multiple Jira projects. The initiative is hosted in the Jira project that owns the feature and has their own Epics linked to it. All the supporting teams create Epics within their respective Jira projects and link them to 'initiative X' using the parent link. When I create a live plan for one of the supporting teams in this model, I am unable to view the initiative name against the Epic although the link exists. Although. this becomes visible when I add the initiative project as a source to the plan. This does not seem scalable as initiatives would be spread across many projects and even if I am supporting 10 other teams initiatives, I would need to include all of them as a source for the plan. Please suggest the best practice.
