I am currently trying to figure out the best way to view multiple project sprints in one place.

We have two different projects for the same product, one for IOS and one for Android. This works fine when there are different teams working on each but from a product management view it would be useful to see both in one place.

Is the best way to create a new project and use the filters to show both? Or is there a different way to do it?

I agree with the options Elvir shared. But, I would also add that you can create a filter that you can use for any of those three options. The filter would be something like

project in (Proj_IOS, Proj_Android) and sprint in openSprints()

That filter can be used in dashboard widgets, the source for a sprint board only you would use, a plan in advanced roadmaps, etc.

Hello Julia,

There are many ways to achieve this:

  1. Create a board which filters on both projects, no need to create a 3rd project in my opinion.
  2. Create a dashboard and display data from both projects like "sprint health gadget"
  3. Use a plan from advanced roadmaps which has both scrum boards are sources.

Hope this helps a bit.
