Views for Task and Sub-tasks

Is there a way to create specific view for Tasks and Subtasks?

I have a few custom fields that are not needed for Tasks, but they are for Subtasks and vice versa.

Can anyone help?

Hi @Manny Garcia

Yes, you can have different custom fields for different issue types.

To do this first you need to copy/create screens for each issue operations like Issue create,edit and view for both the issue types (Task and Subtask) and add those fields you want for task and subtask issue type on the screens.

Create/copy the issue type screen scheme and add newly copied/created screen scheme and associate to task and subtask issue type respectively.

Once you are done with this...associate this Issue type screen scheme to the specific project.
