Visualization issue on Start Page

Hello,

There is an overlapping visualization issue on my Start Page please see the image attached. 

It has been there for over several days. Is this the common issue for users or any ways I can fix?

Welcome to Atlassian Community.
Try deleting the browser history / caches all the time.
Can you please try a bit Zoom Out on the page ( CTRL + -). sometime due to our resolutions these type of scenarios occurred.
past 2 weeks there is a outage on Jira cloud for several customers, I think this is fixed on 18-April-2022.
Is it happened after 19-April-2022, If yes may be you can raise a support request to Atlassian.

I think this might be because you tried to customize an Issue Type avatar (icon)? 

I would check your Issue Types and see if you see broken images there, and if so, try resetting it to a standard image.

OR, it might just be a caching issue, so you could try logging out, logging back in, clearing cache, and clearing cookies for your site.
