WBS Gantt Chart Cloud and EPIC Date Fields not matching

Hello all,

When using WBS Gantt Chart, am trying create EPIC for a given project and have the following custom and jira field available :

Start Date > Created by JIRA

Due Date > Created by JIRA

Actual Start Date > Created by me

Actual End Date > Created by me

However when am creating EPIC and entering these dates, these are not reflected in WBS Gantt Chart. How to ensure the custom fields and JIRA fields when entered in EPIC is reflecting in WBS Gantt Chart. Need help.

How to ensure the custom fields and JIRA fields when entered in EPIC is reflecting in WBS Gantt Chart. Need help.

We would like to know if you are using either the app’s own data or Jira fields.
Please follow the steps below to verify your settings.

1. Click the gear icon → Select “Apps“ → Click “Issue“ under WBS Gantt Chart → Verify your settings highlighted in red (Use WBS Gantt-chart unique data or Use Jira field)

2. If you are using the app’s own data, please refer to the link below to take the necessary actions for the data conversion.

You would also need to add your custom fields reflected in your WBS Gantt Chart.

1. Open your WBS Gantt Chart → Click the gear icon → Select “Gantt configuration“

2. Click “Columns“ → Search for “Actual Start Date“ by typing in the search box → Click “Add“ → *Repeat the same steps for your “Actual End Date“ field → Click “Edit“
3. Check “Yes“ for the edit option → Click “Update“ → *Repeat the same steps for your “Actual End Date“ field
