Hi Team,
I have a requirement with following description :-
Create a WBS ,which consist of customized issue types, customized workflow and have feature like time-sheet.
So what all plugin we would require to implement this ??
Please explain in bit detail.
Many Thanks
Not quite sure what this has to do with Warwick Business School (perhaps explain your acronyms...)
JIRA is, at it's heart, an issue tracking system, so it has multiple issue types, a configurable workflow system, and some features for time-tracking (not specifically aimed at timesheets, but there are plenty of addons which expand on that to give you timesheets)
Without specific requirements, we can't give you any more detail than "use JIRA and pick a timesheet addon to provide that bit" (Tempo is the obvious choice, but you need to try it to see if it meets your needs)
When I think of a WBS, I think of the diagram showing the work breakdown, almost like an org-chart design, with the project name on top. Are they looking for that kind of diagram? If so, I guess it could be done using Project->Epic->Stories->Sub-Tasks to generate the report.

What makes you think you might need the Structure addon ? There's nothing you've said here that might imply a need for it. Might be worth explaining more about what you actually want here.
