WBS order gets reset everytime I make changes in settings

After making a lot of changes on the order of tickets if I make a change on the config it will reset the WBS order based on ticket numbers and wipe out what i did. Is there a way to keep this from happening?

We noticed that you created a ticket on our Support Platform (WGC-1611), and we requested you on it to provide us a screenshot of your Gantt-Chart or a video with the behavior being reproduced. We believe that your Gantt-Chart is set to be ordered by the Issuekey instead of the WBS Code (#).
