Want add another slack team under a project and it is throwing error OAuth Error: invalid_team_for_n

Deleted user November 8, 2018

I am Jira Admin and I am trying to add 1 more slack workspace to a project and I am getting this error 'OAuth Error: invalid_team_for_non_distributed_app' when I add another workspace. We already have a default slack team and want to add a new one to the project.

Kindly help me how to add another team to the new project.

Thanks

Hi Ramesh,

I get the same error when trying to add a team to the jira project

Did you find the root cause? any solution?

Hi @Zakaria

I am able to integrate jira project with a slack workspace which is not our department slack workspace using a webhook. Webhooks can be added under Jira administration-->System

Thanks

Hi @Zakaria

In slack workspace, under browse apps what is the app you are using to generate the webhook?
