To hide GitHub Development and other plugin features on the right panel in your Jira project, go to Project Settings. Click on the Apps or Integrations section. Find the plugin like GitHub Development and turn it off or remove it. This way, those panels will not show in your project screen. You can always turn them back on later if needed.
Hi @Arvind ,
You can go to BigPicture Settings, and under App Configurations, select 'Widgets'. From there, choose the 'Skill' widget and disable it for your project. Once disabled, this option will no longer be visible.

You cannot remove the option on the ticket screen, you need to disable the integration for it to not to be shown. This cannot be done project wise, this would be a global change.

Thanks for the screenshot, looks like these fields are generated from the app on jira and are not controlled through screen schemes or field configurations.
For them to not show up, you would have to disable the integration.

You can go to project settings and under issues > layout select the work item for which you want to modify.
Edit the issue layout and drag the development fields under the hidden section and save the changes.
