@ubaka vincent welcome to Atlassian!!

As mentioned above Atlassian University is the best place to start!

When I started the first two trainings that I did were for Jira Fundamentals and  Confluence Fundamentals. Those two will help you learn the basics quickest and jump start your ability to use the systems.
