Watcher don't receive notifications

Hi,

I have made a notification scheme where "All Watchers" are added to Issue Updated event notification. This scheme is associated with project. 

After watcher was added to issue they didn't receive any notification after issue status change. Watchers are the different users, not only reporter. Notification in other cases work perfectly. Outgoing mail works too.

Jira notification checker has shown what notification email should be sent, but it didn't happened.

Do somebody any ideas?

This means if Yuriy does some changes on the issue, he wont receive any notification about his own changes on the issue.

This is because in the user profile, the user has set the setting "Don't notify me" on "My changes" in the user preferences.

Please note that this is the default value for each user.

Hi, Negin.

As I have wrote: Watchers are the different users, not only reporter. It means for example 4 watchers added, reporter is a default watcher, and 3 other users. But nobody receive notification.  Here is the problem.
