Way to customize JIRA "Version Report" view

Hi,

1. Some of the JIRA issues have been put to hold state. Is it possible to add 'On Hold' status along with 'Issues done', 'Issues in Progress' in the below dashboard, if yes, could you pls share the steps

2. Along with Summary, Assignee etc. columns is it possible to depict the JIRA IDs because of which particular JIRA issues in the dashboard are on Hold status

The to do, in progress, done are not actual statuses but rather represent the status category. For example if “on hold” is associated with the “To Do” category they will be counted in the “issues to do”.
