We are facing a problem when trying to send e-mails using the Application “Email this Issue”.

What do we want to do?
We want to choose a different “From Address” to send emails from an Issue. Example:
If we don’t change the “From Address”, the email is sent with success. Example:
What have we configured?
- On the menu “Manual Email Default” we added this e-mail address:
2. On the “SMTP Connections” menu, we configured this e-mail address.
One thing that we noticed, if we use the ‘Send Test Email’ feature, it works, but when we e-mail from the issue, it doesn’t.
