We are getting an error when we click on "Testing Board" to open our XRay tests.

Seems like something is wrong with XRay. It was working before and today it is showing an error "Error rendering web panel". Not sure what is wrong.

 

Please help.

The above link is not working. It is asking for a username which I don't know.

Hello @Mohammed Abdalla 

Correct, one more user reported this error. Sadly, this error is on the part of Xray and you would need to raise a ticket for them.
