We are not able to find the boards, version and other in Existing project

Hi Team
something is wrong with Jira, need help please
not able to view backlogs / kanban board / active sprints

only see issues menu.. even after being admin for jira projects

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

Is this affecting Server or Cloud?

If a cloud, then It seems to only affect the New Experience. Those who can disable it say they aren't experiencing it. It's happening across all browsers.

So please go the profile section and disable new experience.
