To track, monitor Team's efficiency, we would like to introduce 'Capacity Planning' / 'Dependency Mapping' in all our projects, however, I am unable to find the link to do this.
Request you to let me know how to do this, as well as I would appreciate if you can share a link as a guide to follow.

If you are on Jira Premium, you will have the capacity planning feature along with roadmaps. Not sure if Jira standard version has capacity planning feature. Another alternative would be to use a mktplace app. If you are fine to try out the same, you can have a look at the one we have developed for the same use case.
The app allows to store the capacity for individual users and save as templates. which can be mapped to a project / fix version to track the allocation and remaining time per user. Do try it out.

I'd like to show you an app that our team has created for monitoring the progress of the team work and assigning tickets to the team members on the plan. The application is called Team Planner - Resource Planning and Capacity Planning.
The app allows you for creating multiple plans where you and your team together organize the work by assigning tasks from Jira. The plan in calendar format can be edited simultaneously by multiple users, and this feature can be useful, for example, during planning sessions.
The capacity of your team can be measured by displaying Original Estimate value or Story Points.
