We can't identify old issues.

Old issues cannot be identified through a search.(Previously it was possible.)

We're using it for free, does this have anything to do with it?

In the Done section there was a button saying "Would you like to see old issues?"

But it's gone.

Also, each session is unsuitably small for the size of the monitor.

Can i fix it too?

Welcome to the community!

There should be no difference. Can you add a screenshot of the issue being faced. Perhaps there is some filter ( resolved issues ) etc which might be hiding the issues.
