I deployed the k8s version of jira myself. I wanted to apply for a trial version of the certificate. I successfully generated it according to the prompts on the interface. However, my certificate is invalid. I cannot use it.
Dear @冯振波 ,
It sounds like you're encountering issues with activating a trial license for a self-hosted JIRA instance running on Kubernetes.
Ensure that the license key you've received is correct and meant for the version of JIRA you're using. Sometimes, keys are version-specific. Double-check how you are applying the license key in JIRA. Normally, this should be done through the JIRA interface under 'Administration' > 'Applications' > 'Versions & licenses'. Ensure that the license type matches your deployment. For example, a Server license won't work for a Data Center deployment and vice versa. If you're still facing issues, the best course of action is to contact Atlassian Support directly. Provide them with details about your setup, the steps you've taken, and any error messages or logs. They can provide more specific guidance and assistance.
