We cannot reference users right now

Our entire workspace is unable to assign issues to users or tag users in comments or issues. Is anyone else experiencing outages?

I agree! I couldn't figure out how to submit a request yesterday, so I posted here instead. It seems like it has cleared up, but it did last a few hours yesterday afternoon.
