We lost tempo records, where are they?

Banto September 11, 2023

Looking for records from years ago to compare certain information, I realized that we do not have the timesheet records of non-active users, it is true that we already unsubscribed those users but we did not delete their account or delete the project, the point is that reviewing those periods there is no tempo information in their timesheets for that period

The project is registered as a software project, managed by the team. and team members were terminated from the project and their accounts disabled in jira, since this project concluded months ago.

Tracking some issues, which I know were used to capture hours, I find that there is a time capture record in the history but under the user "TT - (Tempo Timesheets)"

Hi Carlos,

Thank you for reaching out.

Tempo does not remove or delete the worklogs, you can follow the workaround in this KB: What happens to inactive / deleted users' timesheet data?
