We're not getting slack notifications of story transitions from Jira Cloud

After a few attempts to quit and restart the application we had to leave it for a day but this seems to have gotten it working again.

Are you using Jira automation for send the slack message?  If not, you'll need to explain how you've implemented sending the info so we can help out.  There are a lot of ways you could do this, depending on your setup.

If you're not using Automation, it's perfect for this.
