We receive tasks but clients don't see our responses.

We are using Cloud version and there is problem that our comments are not send. 

Everything were okay 6 days ago.

Welcome to the community.

Have you made any changes recently? 

Have you checked Project settings > Customer notifications?

Is this isolated only to customers? Do agents receive notifications?

Have you checked your outgoing mail server?

Do your customers receive notifications when the issue is resolved?
