Our digital team, and external developers have no trouble communicating and working via Jira Software. Our marketing team now used Jira in a kanban, with a few to other areas of the business slowly coming on board.
The problem is - marketing and other areas would probably be better suited to JIRA core not JIRA software. Is it possible to have both without an extra cost?
When you buy Jira Software, you get access to Software Projects AND Business Projects (Jira Core projects).
So if you are licensed for Jira Software you can also start and use business projects and experience Jira Core.
While creating a project in Jira, you would be getting a screen like below:
You can use the "Business" projects for your non-software/ business(marketing) teams.
Hi @Larissa Kogan !
If I'm not mistaken, Jira Software (and also Jira Service Desk), include the Jira Core product features, templates, etc. To confirm, start the "create a project" process and look for templates for Business Teams. These are super-simple workflows, etc. for non-technical teams found in the Jira Core product. Hope this help!
