I want to make sure we won’t be charged after the trial. Will it always be free for up to 10 users, or is the 10-user free limit only valid for the first month?

You can confirm the pricing for any app by consulting the pricing tab on the Atlassian Marketplace. The prices displayed correspond to what you will pay after the trial period. If the app is free for up to 10 users, this means as long as your instance does not go above the user limit, the app will remain free to use.

Welcome to the Community! It seems to be free for 10 users (not just 1 month).

If you run the cost estimation for 10 users is $0. But if you change it to 11, you can see that the price changes to $30.58 per month:

In any case it's always a good idea to double check with the vendor, in case there are other conditions.
