WebHooks not firing when the event triggered in Workflow post function

We have configured WebHook in JIRA and also want WebHook to be triggered from the transition change. So in Post function of Workflow we have added the respective WebHook.

But No response getting when transition changed.

Just to make sure you are keeping web-hook post function at the bottom of the stack i.e after the system event is fired.

Yes, I have placed the WebHook as last in Post function, but still no response.
