Webdav authentification issue

Hi,

I follow the documentation to connect to the WEBDAV of JIRA to import datas. It worked yesterday one time but now I can't connect to the webdav. The error message says like my user/password was bad. But it is correct, it is my login/password used to connect in JIRA on demand and this account is among adminitrators group. I miss something ?

I am on MACOS X and I try with Transmit and Cyberduck.

If you have FishEye as part of your OnDemand subscription, the account may also need FishEye application access.
