Weird UI on Tab Bar - Safari Issue

When I try to open Jira software in my safari (macbook), the tab bar turned out like this. When I use different browser, it works normal.

Do anyone know why it happens?

It's the same for me

Safari Version 15.3 (17612.4.9.1.5)

macOS Monterey 12.2 (21D49)

Are you on the latest version and the latest mac OS? Have you tried clearing safari cache?

not on the latest im on Macos Monterey. Yes, i tried empty the cache. Still appear the same.

Do you know of anyone running the same OS and Safari version that could see what it looks like on their platform? The version you are running is no longer supported but I have never seen even an outdated version look like that.
