Weird error - Status is "In progress" accroding to the history but actually the issue is Open

Hi All,

just now we met a problem: a status was changed from "Open" to "In progress". But the issue is still Open!!

See the attached screen.

Can you please tell me what is the problem here?

There's an inconsistency in the database, for sure. Run the integrity checker.

Do you know about how many minutes does the integrity check take? Can the users use the Jira while this check?
