What JIRA API URL can be used to get details in dashboard?? (like: "To Do" "In Progress")

Actually i want to get the JIRA ID (Like: CD-1, CD-2) and that particular issue is in what state? i mean now [CD-1 : IN PROGRESS] , [CD-3 : TO DO]

i am using "https://testjiragithub.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/issue/picker" this REST API URL to get JIRA IDs alone.

Now what i want to get what is the state those issue ids are.

so can you help with with a API URL to get that??
