What Oracle JDBC Driver version is Jira 7.10.2 compatible with?

I am trying to figure out what JDBC Oracle version is compatible with Jira 7.10.2. We have a choice of 18c or 19c and can't seem to find this information in any of the supported platform information.

Oracle:

 Oracle 12c R1

• Jira will not work on:
  
  • Oracle Advanced Compression Option (ACO)
• Supported Oracle databases use the 12.2.0.1 driver listed here.
