The above would likely take a while to come.

Normally, the enterprise release is based on the most stable version of the JIRA major/minor version that is most used.

At the moment 8.x is still really new and would need time to iron out some more kinks then Atlassian would be able to release one as the enterprise version going forward.

Some time has gone since las answer here. We are now at q3 2019.

States that we can start testing for Enterprise on Jira versión 8.4, but as far as I cant see, up to now the last released versión is 8.2.2.

Is there any news about the Enterprise reléase?

We are planning the upgrade for our jira system, wich is going out of support, so any news wold help us.

Q3 2019 is what we all have right now.

You could upgrade to the latest 7.13 for the time being and then upgrade to the enterprise version at a later date.
